Once again Whitehouse Funeral Service have been able to bring the well renowned Dr Bill Webster to the North East.

Dr Bill Webster is the director of the Centre for the Grief Journey. His knowledge of the grief process is a unique blend of personal experience, academic education and practical application.

Born and educated in Scotland he moved to Canada to be married. After his wife died suddenly in 1983 Bill struggled to come to terms with his loss. As part of his doctoral work at the university of Toronto he made a study of the grieving process. He has developed grief support programmes in many communities and has extensive experince in helping people come to terms with their loss.

Acknowledged as a dynamic, personable and practical speaker, Dr Bill Webster combines his own story with his knowledge and sense of humour to effectively communicate his message.
