Paul aged 49 years, passed away peacefully on 20th April 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Much loved and adored husband of Lisa, the most incredible dad of Georgia and Abbie, precious son of Nev and Anne, a much loved brother of Chris and Dean, a loved brother-in-law of Julie, Kerry and Nicky, a dearly loved son-in-law of Gerry and Marian, a loved uncle and cousin and all round legend.
Funeral Service to take place in Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon on Friday 3rd May 2024 at 4.30pm. All are welcome. Family Flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Cancer Research UK.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Lisa, their girls and the rest of Paul's family.
Both Paul and Lisa were my childhood friends and being around at the start of their love story brings back wonderful memories.
Rest in eternal peace Paul.
Lisa, he will truly never leave you, he still is and always will be in your heart.

We will never know the reason, as to why the good die young,
It’s a conundrum of eternity, an inexplicable sum.
And when they come from a loving family, who really are the best,
It is way beyond conceivable, a total mental test!
I’ve known Paul from a baby, a little blonde bundle of fun,
His big blue eyes, a big surprise, a looker second to none.
He and Chris were opposite colouring, but it didn’t stop their play,
As toddlers they were having babies, their play task for the day,
Mother caught them at it, they had seen it on the telly
We laughed and laughed, but Anne was the only one to see.
As sad as it is that he has gone, his spirit is now in the hands,
of his Grannies and his Aunty Jean who will keep him safe and sound,
To love him and look after him until we escape this ground.

Sending my heartfelt condolences to all the family at this unbelievable sad time. The taking of someone so young and special to you all is just not fair.
It was an absolute pleasure to have known you Sandy, Can't believe you have gone RIP
