MARCH CHARITY OF THE MONTH
March 21st, 2024

Dorothy Whitehouse and the dedicated ladies of the Sharing Together Craft Group in Newton Aycliffe make an array of crafts raising funds for many charities throughout the local area. Once again, they have demonstrated the true spirit of compassion and community by donating to the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

This charitable act holds special significance for Shelagh McFarlane, a cherished member of the group, whose husband bravely battles with Motor Neurone Disease. Today, a heartfelt cheque for £200 has been penned and will be given to David Whalley, the MNDA Area Support Coordinator for North East and Cleveland. Every donation, regardless of its size, plays a crucial role in making a significant difference in the lives of individuals and families impacted by Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA)
